What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. "Similar technologies" include browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage, which keeps data in your browser without sending it with every request. This Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

What This Website Uses

Strictly necessary and functional technologies and, only if you accept it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics. This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies and transmits nothing to advertising networks.

• NEXT_LOCALE — first-party cookie, strictly necessary, session. Remembers the language version of the site you chose so that you are not returned to the default language.
• lynkora-theme — localStorage, functional, kept until you clear it. Remembers your light or dark theme choice. It is not a cookie and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
• lynkora-consent — localStorage, strictly necessary, up to 12 months. Records whether you accepted or rejected analytics in the cookie banner, with the date and the version of this Policy, so that your choice is respected and the banner is not shown at every visit.
• Cloudflare anti-abuse and Turnstile (for example __cf_bm, cf_clearance and the Turnstile challenge token) — third-party, strictly necessary, from minutes to 30 days. Set by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare to tell people from bots, protect the forms against spam and protect the site against attacks.
• _ga and _ga_FVJ8JGTLQJ — first-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4, analytics, consent-based, 2 years. Distinguish visitors and sessions so that we can count visits and see which pages are used. Set only after you click “Accept analytics”; deleted when you withdraw consent.
• __Host-lyn_admin — first-party cookie, strictly necessary, up to 12 hours. Only for the administration panel: it keeps a member of our team signed in. Visitors to the website never receive it.

Legal Basis

Storing or accessing information on your device is allowed without consent where it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested, including keeping your language choice, protecting the forms against abuse and keeping a signed-in member of our team signed in. Where personal data is processed in that context, the basis is our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your theme preference never leaves your browser. Google Analytics is loaded only after your prior consent, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: until you accept it, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Analytics, No Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how the website is used. It runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled, Google does not log or store IP addresses, and analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Google LLC in the United States acts as sub-processor; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We use no advertising or marketing technologies. Managing Cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings, and clear this site's stored data there as well; the cookie notice will then be shown again on your next visit. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent the forms and the language switch from working correctly. You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page; withdrawing stops analytics immediately and deletes the _ga cookies. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes are reflected by an increase in the version number and a new effective date at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request at privacy@lynkora.pro.
