Who Provides This Website
This website is operated by Lynkora DOO Beograd, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Serbia. Our registration number, tax identification number, registered address, principal activity and the name of our director are set out in the company details at the end of this page, in accordance with Article 6 of the Serbian Law on Electronic Commerce.
Acceptance
By using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These Terms govern the use of this website only — its pages, its forms and the correspondence that follows from them. They do not govern the use of our products: each product is provided under their own Terms of Service and privacy documents, and where those documents and these Terms could both apply to the same subject matter, the product documents prevail for the use of the product. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the contract signed with the client.
Addressed to Businesses
This website, the services described on it and the forms it offers are addressed to persons acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession, and to public-sector organisations — not to consumers. No contract for our services is concluded through this website: an enquiry sent through a form is a request for information, and any engagement is agreed separately in a written contract or statement of work signed by both parties. Please do not use these forms to order services as a private individual. If, in a particular case, mandatory consumer-protection law nevertheless applies to you, that law prevails over these Terms and nothing here limits the rights it gives you.
The Content of This Site Is Not an Offer
Descriptions of services, technologies, processes, delivery times, service levels and prices published on this website are provided for information only and do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Article 35 of the Serbian Law on Contracts and Torts. A commitment arises only from a contract signed by both parties. Any service levels, response times and escalation procedures apply only where and to the extent that a signed contract provides for them.
Forms and Correspondence
Sending a project brief or a support ticket does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept a project. We answer enquiries at the email address you provide. Replies to our emails are added to the corresponding request: do not send us data you are not entitled to disclose, and do not send special categories of personal data through these channels. We may refuse to process a message that is unlawful, abusive or an attempt to attack our systems.
Intellectual Property
All text, design, graphics, source code and trademarks on this website belong to Lynkora DOO Beograd or are used with the right holder's permission, and are protected by the Serbian Law on Copyright and Related Rights and by international treaties. You may read, print and quote the content with attribution and a link. You may not copy the website or a substantial part of it into another product or service, nor use our name or our marks in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or certification that does not exist.
Permitted Use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or data, not to test its security without our prior written permission, not to place automated load on it beyond ordinary browsing, and not to use its forms to send unsolicited commercial messages or unlawful content. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to us as described on our Security page; we welcome such reports and do not pursue researchers who act in good faith and do not damage data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Belgrade. If you use this website as a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
Language
These Terms are published in several languages. The English version prevails; the other versions are provided for convenience. Where the law of your country of residence requires that a consumer contract be concluded in a particular language, that requirement prevails.
Changes
We may amend these Terms. The current version, with its version number and effective date, is always published on this page and applies to the use of the website after that date.
